We back our permanent and temporary placements with this guarantee - you won't be charged for the first 8 hours if you are not satisfied with the performance. Although our guarantee varies in length depending on your needs (a direct hire is guaranteed for 60 days) we ensure we'll never misrepresent any candidate or their ability to come through for you. With every candidate presentation, we will let you know why we have selected them, and we will fully disclose any areas in which your needs may not be fully met in the short run.
