In 1975, Terry Neese founded Terry Neese Personnel to fill a niche that she thought was missing in the workplace. “The idea to start my own firm came only because three other personnel services closed their doors while I was in their employment. I became frustrated with their failure and struck out on my own,” said Terry Neese, Founder. It was important to provide quality candidates, ethical standards and client/candidate satisfaction.
In 1998, Kim Neese joined the firm and became President. The ideas that started the firm continue to be a strong theme after more than 30 years of business. Developing relationships with people.
