Executive Assistant
Provides high-level administrative and management support. Produces correspondence and reports using a variety of software. Maintains executive schedule, makes meeting and travel arrangements. Works independently and provides verbal and written communication on behalf of executive. Ability to multi-task. Attention to details and good organization skills
Minimum of 3 years office experience
Proven computer and correspondence skills
Excellent communication skills required

 

Administrative Assistant
Creates and edits correspondence, proposals, reports and presentations using a variety of software, including MS Word and Excel. Maintains written and verbal communication responsibilities. Performs a variety of administrative tasks.
Minimum of 1 year office experience
Proven computer and correspondence skills
Good communication skills

 

Legal Assistant
Provides legal support consisting of typing legal briefs, orders, petitions, etc. using a variety of software. Maintains schedule, makes meeting and travel arrangements. Maintains written and verbal communication responsibilities.
Previous experience in a law firm
Excellent computer skills

 

Data Entry
Must have 6,000 + ksph and basic PC skills. May work 1st or 2nd shift.

 

Receptionist
Ability to handle multiple phone lines, to transfer calls and take messages. Type 45 wpm and be proficient in MS Word. Ability to handle high volume of office traffic and calls.

 

Accounting
Previous experience with Accounts Receivable and billing in a medium to large company. Ability to produce reports regarding budget items, expenditures and profit. Also must have good computer skills.
